Starter B

Build Your Leadership Presence

A diagnostic of the seven dimensions that determine who is seen as ready, trusted, and chosen to lead. Specific starting point for engagements instead of a vague brief.

Fits well for: Coaches working with senior managers and emerging executives on presence, gravitas, and visibility for promotion.

Practitioner status

A title you can use publicly. No fee. No exam.

You earn formal recognition as a Build Your Brand System Practitioner or Build Your Leadership Presence System Practitioner by doing the work that makes you ready to deliver the System with confidence:

Once recognized, you may use the title on LinkedIn, your website, your bio, and your proposals. The badge belongs to you for as long as your Program membership stays active.

  • • Not Coach’s Corner for your clients. They purchase Coach’s Corner separately at standard pricing.
  • • Not HPT. Build Your High-Performing Team is a separate B2B engagement.

How long does the application take?+
About 10 minutes. Nine questions across three short sections. The motivation question is the one we read most carefully.
When do I hear back?+
Within 10 business days. Usually faster. If we want a short conversation before deciding, we will reach out by email to schedule one.
What happens after I am accepted?+
You get an email with the Briggs Consulting Practitioner Program Agreement attached as a PDF. Sign it and email it back. When the signed copy lands, we provision your access (usually within two business days). Your referral code goes live, your Starter unlocks, and your Coach’s Corner membership activates.
Can I switch my Starter after I begin?+
Add the other Starter as an add-on at $300/year. Your original Starter stays in place.
What does the referral discount cover, exactly?+
The 20% code applies to assessments and Systems you have delivery rights to. It does not apply to Coach’s Corner (your clients purchase that separately), HPT, or books.
Can I leave the Program?+
Yes. 30 days written notice. Practitioner status you have earned stays earned; the public identification rights pause until you reactivate.
