Coaching FAQ
How much does 1:1 coaching cost?
There are two packages. A 3-Month Coaching Package is $7,500 for six 60-minute sessions over three months on a bi-weekly cadence. A 6-Month Coaching Package is $15,000 for twelve sessions over six months. Both packages include six months of Coach's Corner membership, email access between sessions, and all materials and frameworks used during the engagement.
What happens after I submit my application?
Alesia reviews every application personally. If your application looks like a fit, we will reach out with a link to schedule a 30-minute discovery call. You will hear back within a few business days.
How long is the application?
About five minutes. It asks for your name, email, current role, why you are here, what success looks like, why now, your prior coaching experience, and when you would like to start.
Is there a single-session option?
No. Coaching is offered in packages only because real leadership work compounds over time and one-off sessions rarely move the needle. The shortest engagement is the 3-month package.
Is this therapy or coaching?
Coaching. This is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Alesia is a Certified Executive Coach (Lewis University) who works with clients on leadership patterns, executive presence, boundaries, communication, and career strategy. If you need clinical support, please work with a licensed mental health professional.
Do you offer corporate or company-sponsored coaching?
Yes. Many clients have coaching sponsored by their employer. Note that on your application and we can discuss the right scope during the discovery call.
